Wing Bone
Three pictures of a wing bone. It is bouncey and stores energy. To make a wing out of this model you would have to add a smaller version of this wing bone to the larger structure and stretch a wing material inbetween the two. The resulting motion is a figure 8 back and forth that allows both sides of the wing to catch air.
